We aim to get your QURK order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following delivery services for the UK only:

  • Standard Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days

  • Express Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Couriers

We use trusted UK couriers to deliver our orders, including:

  • EVRi

  • DPD

  • and other reputable standard courier services where appropriate

The courier used may vary depending on your order size, delivery location, and selected shipping method.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods or new product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer — we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. QURK cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
