Returns & Refunds Policy – QURK

We want you to love your QURK purchase. If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You can return most non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging and tags intact

To start a return, please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Personalised Items

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged.
This includes items made to order, customised designs, or anything created specifically for you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll sort it quickly with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty).

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, contact us and we’ll do our best to help, subject to stock availability.
